YAY it’s Friday!

Gain new followers and make new friends with the Book Blogger Feature & Follow! If this is your first time here, welcome! You are about to make some new friends and gain new followers — but you have to know — the point of this hop is to follow other bloggers also. I follow you, you follow me.

The Feature & Follow is hosted by TWO hosts, Parajunkee of Parajunkee’s View and Alison of Alison Can Read. Each host will have their own Feature Blog and this way it’ll allow us to meet more new bloggers!

What sets this Hop apart from others, is that they Feature two blogs. Every week they will each showcase a Featured Blogger, from all different genres and areas. Just remember it is required, if you participate, to follow both their featured as well as our lovely hosts (Parajunkee & Alison Can Read) as a courtesy. This week’s featured bloggers are: Book Liason and Angela’s Anxious Life. How do you follow someone? Well, if you have a preference, state it in your #FF post. A lot of blogs are transitioning to WordPress in which we do not have the luxury of GFC, so an RSS subscription is appreciated or if you want to, you canchoose an email subscription, linky, networked blog or bloglovin. If you followed me by GFC on my blogspot blog, I’d love it if you can find another way to follow me now.

As you can imagine, this is a great way to get to know your fellow bloggers better, as well as a way to find new blogs, and be seen by more people yourself.

Now, on to this week’s question

What do you hope to accomplish with your blog? Is it to one day become an author yourself, just for fun, maybe get some online attention, or maybe something very different?

I am doing this just for fun, and I really have no aspirations to become an author. I think it’s really hard to be able to bring a story and it’s characters to life. I do love reading, though, so I am really happy that some people have the urge to write. I like being able to share my love for books on my blog, but I can’t promise you it won’t morph into something else one day.
