  1. I am also excited with your classes, too. 😀 Yay, another Nalini Singh in your haul. I really don’t know when can I start her Guild Hunter series. Nalini’s name or books are just popping everywhere. I really should need to jump into the bandwagon.

And Playthings really looks creepy? It reminded me of that Chucky doll. Argh. I hope you will an electrifying experience with it. 😀

Have fun reading all your pretties, Lexxie. And have a blissful weekend with your fam. <333

    • Yeah, Rock Courtship was truly awesome, Charlotte so I’m really happy I requested it even if I didn’t enjoy the first book all that much.

Yeah, it does look like a Chucky doll, doesn’t it? I hope it’s really nice and creepy.

Thanks for stopping by, my dear.

  2. Marilyn

Some nice additions there, Lexxie. Rock Courtship sounds interesting. The cover for Playthings looks a little scary though.

Hope you’re having a great weekend. We just started our two week spring break. Hopefully I’ll get a chance to catch up on my reading. It’s been a little slow of late.

My StS @ Marilyn’s Mystery Blog

    • Rock Courtship was amazing, Marilyn! I hope you’ll find the time to read and relax while you’re on break.

      Thanks for stopping by.

    • Well, I did buy that YA bundle, but it was only $0.99 so yes, I have been very good. It would be even better if I managed to add less books to my kindle each week, though 😉
      Thanks for stopping by, Kiran.

    • I didn’t love Rock Addiction, but Rock Courtship was amazing! I enjoy the Cora Seton series; like you, I enjoy cowboy romances every now and then.

      Thanks for stopping by.

    • I love Singh, but the first one in this series wasn’t as amazing as I had hoped… Rock Courtship was, though 🙂
      Thanks for stopping by, Melliane.

  3. It sounds as though you’ve got some great books this week, Lexxie!

This week I received a review copy of Apple and Rain by Sarah Crossan, a copy of The Year of the Rat by Clare Furniss and whilst randomly browsing iBooks last night, I found some great books that were free for a limited time, so I was sure to snatch them up! From iBooks I got The Last Girl by Michael Adams, Dragonclaw by Kate Forsyth, Chasing the Valley by Skye Melki-Wegner, Bloodlines by Richelle Mead and Poison Study by Maria V. Snyder.

    • That’s good to know, Braine, I haven’t read any of her books before, but I look forward to these 🙂
      Thanks for stopping by.

  4. I actually got that 7 YA book collection thing too, but forgot to put it on my StS. It was just too good a deal to pass up, even though I already owned one of them.
I’m kind of embarrassed to admit it, but I’ve never read a Nalini Singh book ^^”

I hope you enjoy all of these and that you’ve had a good start at uni! I’m getting my MA diploma tomorrow and not returning to lectures and seminars feels so weird…

    • Yeah, impossible to pass up on that many stories for only $0.99, right?

Oh, yeah, that must feel weird, Carmen. I both look forward to finishing my studies, and not. It’s so great to learn things, work on the research and just be with other students. At the same time, I’m really looking forward to starting to teach.

      Thanks for stopping by!
