The Sunday Post #3 – Weekly Wrap-up
Welcome to my weekly wrap-up post. I am signing up with Kimba over at The Caffeinated Reviewer, who is hosting this weekly event. This past week I didn’t really do much here on (un)Conventional Bookviews, as we were in Spain for our fall vacation.
We had awesome weather, and I swam in the Mediterranean every day. We also managed to find some really nice restaurants, where we had tapas, local wine and other goodies. Now, we’re back home where it’s pretty cold and gloomy, but it’s OK, since we’re all stocked up on sun 🙂
This week’s posts:

What have you been up to this past week? Don’t forget to leave me a link so I can come visit your Sunday Post as well.
Thanks for stopping by, I hope you’ve enjoyed your weekend, and that next week will be filled with awesome!
Oh nice photos. The worst of holidaying at this time of year is returning to cold, damp weather but as you say you got to soak up some sun. Have a good week!
Yeah, but actually, today isn’t too bad! I’ve been sitting outside on the terrace here at home in just T-shirt and jeans 🙂
Thanks for stopping by, have a great week yourself!
Your vacation sounds fabulous. That sunset is gorgeous.
Hope you have a great week and happy reading.
Yes, it was much needed for all of us 🙂 Thanks for stopping by, Sharon.

So glad you had fun in Spain. The pics are great.
Thank you Melanie 🙂
Sounds like you had a nice vacation! Those tapas look really yummy! And that’s so awesome you could see the sea from the house you rented!
It’s getting pretty cold here as well, but I also like the colder weather as then I can wear my winter pyjamas and sit down on the couch with a good book.
I know! The view was amazing, and in the morning when my husband went cycling, I could stay on the balcony while the kids went swimming 😀
I agree about the nice and fluffy winter pajamas, maybe a fire and voilà.
Thanks for stopping by, Lola 🙂
I love visiting Spain! I love all your pics, and completely agree, the sunsets can be so beautiful over there. And the tapas looks so good! Have a great week 🙂
It was a perfect, lazy and slow vacation, Alma. Thanks for stopping by.
I was hoping you’d post some photos of your trip. Sure looks lovely.
Even though you return to less temperate climate, there are some wonderful holidays approaching that should lighten things up.
Glad you had a wonderful time!
Of course I shared some pictures, Laura 🙂 I always enjoy participating vicariously on other bloggers’ adventures, so yeah, pictures are a must 🙂
And it’s only a couple of months left until the Christmas holiday, so we’ll be able to hang in there.
Thanks for stopping by.
Oh, your holiday sounds awesome! My son and his wife went there for their honeymoon and had lots of good photos, too.
Thanks for sharing…and enjoy your week. Here are MY WEEKLY UPDATES
I love Tapas. We used to have a tapas party every year but after I got my Celiac diagnosis I just stopped. It was hot and then wet and cold here last week on the east coast.

Oh your vacation sounds like it was wonderful and thanks for sharing the photos. I need a holiday. Coming home always makes me feel like I need a vacation to recover from my vacation. 🙂
Oh my! It all looks so lovely, Lexxie. I’m glad you all had a good time – especially since you had to return to gloomy weather. We’ve already had our first snow here in mid-September. But we’ve been having sunny skies lately. The girls have their last competition tomorrow. Then marching band season is over for this year. *sigh*
Have a great week, my friend. **Big Hugs**
Oh you went to Spain!!! I wish I go there someday! And I hope that you enjoyed your vacation! 🙂
Oh, and that sunset? It’s gorgeous!!! <3 🙂
I love Spain! I love their wines and food 🙂 My grandmother was from Spain so I got spent a lot time in Valencia. I’m glad you enjoyed your time there 🙂
Beautiful pictures!
Your photos are really nice and it makes me jealous! I wish I can go away for vacation but I usually use my vacation time for when I’m short a sitter lol. I hope you had a great time! Have a great week!
Looks like a fantastic vacation! Your pictures are lovely and it’s great you had such a good time. Have a great week!

I’m pretty sure I already said this, but I’m so incredibly JEALOUS. I want a vacation so badly, anywhere, but Spain would be amazing. What a gorgeous view and the food looks great. I’m glad you had a good time and stored up some sunshine to deal with the cold back home! Have a great week
