Bought, Bagged and Wrapping it Up is where I share my new books, as well as what happened here at (un)Conventional Bookviews and elsewhere in the blogoshpere. I’m linking up with the usual suspects, AKA Team Tynga’s Reviews, Talk Supe and Caffeinated Reviewer.

STS #161 – Bought Borrowed & Bagged #111

Stacking The Shelves, hosted by Tynga’s Reviews is all about the latest additions to your library – virtual or actual, with books that are  bought, borrowed, won or ARCs  you will be reading soon. Bought Borrowed and Bagged is a homage to to Barron’s Books and Baubles from KMM’ Fever series, and is hosted by Braine over at Talk Supe. Without further ado, here’s what I bought, borrowed or bagged this past week:

Very busy week with both work and writing, and my youngest got sick, and I think she’s shared her virus with me 🙁 It’s been a very good kind of busy, though, and I’m happy about that!
Freddy has started his very own instagram account – check him out : https://www.instagram.com/freddydaxhund/ he’s very proud to be sharing some of his photos over there 😉

  2. Ah what a pity I’m not on Instagram…I bet he’ll be popular over there! I seem to get most of my viruses before winter kicks in…I guess I just like to be different! Hope everyone is feeling better now and cuddles from Freddy will certainly help.

  3. Oh noes! Sorry to hear about the sick kiddo and you! It sucks being sick! I feel like like I’m still getting over my cold from two weeks ago! They just never seem to want to leave! And ooh Freddy has an Instagram account? I gotta follow that one! 😉

Nice new reads! Totally new to me ones! Hope you enjoy them all!

My STS will be up tomorrow, so stop by then if you can!

    Have a GREAT day!

    Old Follower 🙂

  4. Sorry you all got sick. It went through our house about two weeks ago and there is still that lingering cough.

Oh neat. I saw Off Base and almost snagged it, but I already have too many that I took off Net Galley. 🙂

    Have a good week, Lexxie!

    • The lingering cough or sniffling nose are the worst! I hope we’ll kick it completely to the curb and be done with it 🙂
I’m glad I’m not the only one who fell for Off Base, Sophia! Carina Press sends me widgets now, and so it’s really, really hard to resist – but I managed to not pick up all the books that were featured in the mail I received 😉

  5. Sorry to hear you’ve been sick and I hope you’re both feeling better. I’m glad you were a ‘good’ kind of busy – I like that kind as well.

I’ll check out Freddy’s Instagram account and have a fabulous week! x

  6. Sorry to hear you’ve been smitten in your household – I especially used to hate it when the children were ill:(. Delighted to hear of Freddy’s new online fame – he’ll have a host of devoted fans in no time flat. Hope this coming week is a lot healthier!

    • I hate it when one of my children are ill, too. I just want to hold her and make all the hurt go away 🙂 We’re both all better now, though.
Freddy is happy about his new account – he even managed to get two people to administrate it for him 😀

    • We’re both feeling great once more, thanks, Michelle 🙂
Prepping for the holidays is always nice! I haven’t started that at all as of yet, but soon, baby, soon 🙂
You should make an IG for Dexter! Both Freddy and I would definitely follow him 😉 Miss you, too!!

  7. Oh my gosh I am seriously so happy to see Freddy has his own IG! That is awesome!
So, the publisher sent me a copy of Archangel’s Heart. Do I have to read the series in order? I always try to get reviews up of books I am given, but if I have to read the whole series first, its gonna take awhile!
    Have a great week!

    • Yeah, he told me he wanted one 😉
Oh my gosh, lucky you Samantha!! I do, however, think you’ll enjoy this series a lot more if you read it in order. There is a lot going on, and you’ll enjoy the interactions between characters in a very different way when you know how they got to know each other, and how their relationships have evolved over time… If it was sent to you unsolicited, you don’t really have an obligation to review it all that quickly, now, do you?
Have a great week yourself 🙂

  8. You were very tentative in procuring books this week, wifey, and yet I’m *still* envious! I want both the Michael and Albert books! 😉 I hope everyone is feeling better! And I can’t wait to see what Freddy will share on Instagram. 🙂
I hope you’ve enjoyed your weekend! *BIG HUGS & LOVE*

    • Yeah, I received e-mail invitations for these three (plus some others!! I’m so proud I didn’t just grab them all!) and I had to get them 🙂 They look good, no? WE are feeling all good, so that’s good.
{{{BIG HUGS & LOVE }}} I miss you so much!! And RT seems to be so far away, still…

  9. Sorry to hear you’ve got sick. Blegh.. it’s really flying around again at the moment. I hear people getting sick all around me. So far I haven’t gotten it thankfully. I hope you feel better soon. 😉
Love the Freddie’s Instagram idea! I’m going to follow!
Have a great week and happy reading!

  10. That is so cute you started an Instagram for Freddy! My daughter started one for our dog too. I love seeing the cute pictures, it really brightens up our day (especially with all the political mess we have ahead of us). I’m following Freddy and I can’t wait to see what adventures he has! I hope you and your family is feeling better and have a great week!
