Very busy week with both work and writing, and my youngest got sick, and I think she’s shared her virus with me 🙁 It’s been a very good kind of busy, though, and I’m happy about that!

Ah what a pity I’m not on Instagram…I bet he’ll be popular over there! I seem to get most of my viruses before winter kicks in…I guess I just like to be different! Hope everyone is feeling better now and cuddles from Freddy will certainly help.

Yes, Off Base is an m/m book, and I always find the ones that deal with either sports people or army / marines where there is a gay character very interesting.
Sorry you all got sick. It went through our house about two weeks ago and there is still that lingering cough.
Oh neat. I saw Off Base and almost snagged it, but I already have too many that I took off Net Galley. 🙂

I’m glad I’m not the only one who fell for Off Base, Sophia! Carina Press sends me widgets now, and so it’s really, really hard to resist – but I managed to not pick up all the books that were featured in the mail I received 😉

I hate it when one of my children are ill, too. I just want to hold her and make all the hurt go away 🙂 We’re both all better now, though.

So, the publisher sent me a copy of Archangel’s Heart. Do I have to read the series in order? I always try to get reviews up of books I am given, but if I have to read the whole series first, its gonna take awhile!

Oh my gosh, lucky you Samantha!! I do, however, think you’ll enjoy this series a lot more if you read it in order. There is a lot going on, and you’ll enjoy the interactions between characters in a very different way when you know how they got to know each other, and how their relationships have evolved over time… If it was sent to you unsolicited, you don’t really have an obligation to review it all that quickly, now, do you?
