Subject: Navy SEAL Lieutenant Phillip Banks

Mission: Resist one saucy redhead's attempts to de-Scrooge him…and seduce him!

Silversmith Frankie Silvera has lost her creative mojo. And she knows how to get it back—by getting her sexy on with a certain hot sailor. Just the thought of Phillip's hard, Navy-trained body against her, and everything goes molten. He's the "inspiration" Frankie needs for the holidays!

Navy SEAL Phillip Banks is the prince of protocol. But after his last mission went horribly off-course, all of that control has dissipated. Now he's at the mercy of one very determined female who is pulling out all the stops on Operation Christmas—including red-hot lingerie and the promise of oh-so-wicked delights… But does giving in mean giving up everything he's worked for?

Hot, funny and totally filled with the Christmas spirit, Christmas with a SEAL got my heart beating faster as Frankie and Phillip got to know each other better.

My Christmas with a SEAL review:

Philip used to be the stuck-up commander of a team of SEALs, normally only called ‘Sir’, but after his abduction, he was not acting as tough anymore. At his sister’s wedding, Frankie – Lara’s friend – went around looking specifically for him, because he was her fantasy man ever since she was a teen. Christmas with a SEAL has some really good characters, but I mostly got to follow Phillip and Frankie – in and out of the bedroom…

The strong chemistry and evident attraction between Frankie and Phillip made me clicking ‘next page’ very quickly, I just had to know what shenanigans Frankie was up to next, because she was working hard to try to not only have Phillip like her, but also to get him to enjoy Christmas for once. Christmas with a SEAL got me in the spirit early, and Frankie really used all her feminine charms to get him to do her bidding.

When things became more serious, though, Frankie wanted to run away. Having Phillip be her secret fantasy was easy for her, but realizing it could be more than just Christmas with a SEAL made her afraid. A quick read, well written and with some deliciously hot scenes, I was very happy with this short, new installment in Ms. Weber’s series.

Some of my favorite Christmas with a SEAL quotes:

All Frankie could do was feel. Staring into Phillip’s brilliant green eyes, she gave over to delight, loving everything that was going on in her body as they began to sway to the music. Excitement. Curiosity. And a sexual rush that was doing wild things to her insides. Tingling things.

For once, though, he didn’t care. For the first time in months, he felt alive. Loosed from the vicious grip of memories, his body celebrated its freedom by reminding him of all the reasons it felt great to be a man.

So she did what any smart woman on a quest for pleasure would do. She ignored the fear and focused on the desire.

    • She’s definitely a hoot, and at first, Philip had no idea what hit him – he did recover fairly quickly, though 😉
      Thanks for stopping by, Braine.
