Never in your wildest dreams could you begin to imagine all the filthy and depraved things that go on inside The Wicked Horse. Step inside and Woolf Jennings will make every one of your dirty fantasies come true.
He’s covered in a facade of deception. An enticing blend of multi-millionaire and hot-as-hell Wyoming rancher, those that think they know Woolf Jennings admire his abilities to preside as CEO of his family’s cattle and oil empire. But only a privileged few truly understand what fuels the glitter of depravity in those gorgeous blue eyes. Only a few know he’s opened up a sinfully erotic and private sex club named The Wicked Horse right at the base of the beautiful Teton Mountain range.
Sweet Callie Hayes has returned home to Wyoming and is looking forward to starting her life over again. After a night of impetuosity, she’s managed to put herself right in Woolf’s line of sight… the man who she foolishly offered up her virginity to years ago and was flatly turned down.
Now Woolf is seeing that Callie is all grown up and has a kinky side to her that leaves him as confused as it does turned on. Worse yet, both Callie’s dirty desires and sweet heart are getting under his skin, and making Woolf question everything he’s ever believed about himself.
Hot! Also darker and naughtier than Bennett’s usual stories, Wicked Fall was enticing and intriguing as hell!
My Wicked Fall review:
Wicked Fall is a naughty, hot and still quite romantic tale! Bennett managed to have me intrigued and very interested in both Woolf and Callie, and while I don’t see myself ever visiting any kind of sex club, I was quite pleased to be a secondary voyeur at The Wicked Horse! At first, Woolf definitely intimidated me, but he also really intrigued me, as he was both a very savvy business man and cowboy, and at the same time trying to build a kinky empire for those with the same wants and needs as himself and Bridger.
I have to admit that reading about Callie experiencing the sex club for the first time, her reaction to it, and the aftermath was very hot to read about, and somehow, I didn’t even find any of it the least bit shocking. Wicked fall is about more than the club, though, as both Woolf and Callie have somehow lost themselves and need to figure out exactly who they are now, and what they want to do with the rest of their lives. Callie started out as a timid and sheltered young woman, but she had a backbone even at the beginning. Seeing her grow stronger and more confident was a treat, and I loved seeing her stand up to Woolf when he was in protective mode.
Written in dual points of views, one chapter from Woolf’s perspective, the next from Callie’s, Wicked Fall included the inner dialogues from both of the main characters. Also, their interactions, and the way they viewed not only each other but the other characters who were a part of the story as well were so well done. I really look forward to reading more in the Wicked Horse series, because both Cain and Bridger are characters I want to learn more about.
Some of my favorite Wicked Fall quotes:
I just didn’t want it to be my whole life. Like Tenn… I had other desires. Unlike Tenn… mine are a bit darker. A bit more lecherous. They are altogether nasty at times.
No, I don’t want to nibble at life. I want to take a big fucking bite, suck down its juiciness, and swallow it hard with a moan. And in my experience, the best way to do that is through sex. There is nothing more gratifying… nothing that feels as good. It’s intimate, carnal, and liberating. It’s the ultimate high. Add in some kink.
The New Callie is on a mission to figure herself out. So no matter how many times I question my sanity right now, I’m going to keep trying things and testing my boundaries, so I can see just what I have inside of me. I’m not willing to let anyone mold me again, but I have to know exactly what I’m made of so I can mold myself.
