I adored Passions of a Papillon ! It has great characters, character growth, romance, suspense, AND it made me want a dog! A papillon specifically. 😉 I was immediately drawn into the story in large part because of a little ball of fluff. Blogger Wife Chat Review: Home Improvement – Tara Lain

Home Improvement was yet another sweet, hot, and deep story by Ms. Lain, in my opinion. I loved how Gabe and Jerry met. And I loved Ellie even more. What did you think of this one, wifey? Cowboys Don’t Samba took a little while to take off for me, wifey, but once it did – it really did! What did you think of the beginning of Maury’s story? Hidden Powers wasn’t exactly was I was expecting since I didn’t realize it was YA/NA, but TLain exceeded any other expectations I had by taking on another facet of PNR – younger characters. The result was exciting, entertaining, and suspenseful! I didn’t realize that either, but I really loved that it was! Plus, it was nice to see some familiar characters from the Harker pack! The Case of the Voracious Vintner proved TLain’s writing prowess as she delivered an entertaining cozy mystery while also delivering on all the other elements I’ve come to expect from her M/M romances. Highlights: Main Characters Beau Marchand is the epitome of a well-bred Southern gentleman. Blogtour Review: Cowboys Don’t Ride Unicorns – Tara Lain

Cowboys Don’t Ride Unicorns tackles quite a few pre-conceptions, and it did so with amazing characters! I think Danny and Laurie are my favorites by Lain *sighs* I’m still swooning, they’re so cute! Death Dancer had it all! A whirlwind romance, death, a mystery, a thrilling serial killer chase and true love. I enjoyed Death Dancer a great deal, from the characters that were both relatable and likeable, the dancing, the serial killer, the dancing… I found the chemistry between Andrew and Val to be off the charts from the first time they met, and I really enjoyed that they both wanted to see what could happen between them. Spell Cat is a light-hearted romance that also deals with some heavier subjects like discrimination and living in hiding.
