For His Pleasure was riveting, immediately pulling me into the the story, and it kept me engaged to the end. SBell writes suspenseful and HOT stories populated by fascinating characters and this one did not disappoint. Highlights: Characters Dreama and Cash were a forbidden match made in heaven. They’d both experienced tragic events and came out the other side stronger. Especially Dreama because despite her perceived weakness, she was one of the strongest women – always willing to fight for what is right. Night Reigns was equally as gripping and action-packed as its predecessor. Not only did I get Marcus’ and Ami’s story, but Duvall also delivered a few more pieces to the overall puzzle. Lady Luck upped the suspense a notch or twenty. This series keeps getting better and better. I was excited for Luck’s story and Cross didn’t disappoint. Consume Me blew me away! I enjoyed the first two books in Royal World, but this one was really top notch. In Consume Me, I felt like both Alexander and Clara grew a lot, and there were several good reasons for that. The intrigue was thicker, the betrayals cut deeper, and the ones who could help helped even more than was expected of them. I think I might have enjoyed Big Dicker even more, wifey Jimmy is a hoot! And Delphi is a good match for him. 😉 I definitely enjoyed this one more. So funny, and I loved how nobody manages to pronounce his name correctly. It makes me giggle every single time! First, I just want to say that I thought it was awesome Xyla was getting a girl’s vacay! I admire the fact that Jimmy and his brothers see the bots as “people” who have rights and deserve respect. The Fractured Heart marked my long-awaited return to the Second Circle Tattoos series. Thankfully SCole was appearing at RARE Paris which gave me the push I needed to finish this amazing series. Highlights: Characters The Fractured Heart revolved around Cujo – co-owner of Second Circle Tattoos – and Drea. These two! I couldn’t wait for their story and to get to know them better.
