The Sunday Post # – Weekly Wrap-up

Welcome to my Sunday Post. Thank you to Kimba over at The Caffeinated Reviewer, who is hosting this weekly event. It is the perfect opportunity to share what happened here on my own blog, as well as some of the happenings elsewhere in the Blogosphere.

It was a bit hard to be back to work and school this week, especially because Freddy is kind of like a baby, and sometimes he wakes me up in the middle of the night so he can go outside to pee and poop… Next week will be very hectic for me, as I am substituting for another teacher, and I’ll also be one of the people grading the last year students’ oral exams – which means I get the privilege to sit in on their exam, and then talk about how they did with their teacher. I’m sure it’s going to be both very interesting and very tiring! I may not be around much during the week, but I’ll be sure to catch up on comments and visiting during the weekend.

Of course, I can’t really have a Sunday or Wrap-up post without sharing some puppy love, so here are a few pictures of Freddy from this week:

  1. He’s a cutie… good luck next week, sounds like you’ll be busy. Hope it goes well. 🙂 Is it cold there too? The weather here has been crappy all week. 🙁

  2. Wow Lexxie those oral exam requirements sound full-on. I hope you don’t have to sit through TOO many! It sounds exhausting.

And poor Freddy. He is a cutie though!

  3. Sounds like you have a pretty busy week ahead. Good luck! Freddy is adorable. Hopefully he’ll be out of the baby stage soon and will stop waking you up in the middle of the night. 🙂 Hope you have a great week, even if it’s a busy one!

  4. Oh Freddy is TOO CUTE! But I don’t miss the puppy stage-its just like a baby. They don’t sleep through the night and your schedule revolves around them. But they are so darn cute!
I loved One Second by Dannika Dark as well! Such a great series and I thought it was a fitting end.
    Have a great week!!

  5. He is just the cutest little puppy! I want to squeeze him!
They really do act like babies, Dexter would cry at night and I would have to get up and sit with him. He never wakes us to do potty at night which is a good thing but the crying lasted for a long time until he was ready to sleep with us.

I hope you have a fantastic week, lexxie! I will be hugging you in real life soon!!! 🙂

  6. Good luck next week. That does sound like a lot of work. I’m sure you’ll be able to handle it. Freddie is adorable. Winter isn’t leaving Ohio. We had a mild winter, but I guess it has decided to stay around since it was so warm this year. I woke to quite the snow cover yesterday. We don’t normally have snow this late in the year. Hope you have a great week and happy Sunday!

  7. Oh my gosh, Freddy is so stinking cute! My kids are wanting a puppy so bad. We have an outside dog but he’s huge and my 2 year old is scared of him even though he’s like a big baby. I just don’t think we have the time to take care of a small house puppy though.

I hope you have a great week!

  8. Aww this is the first time seeing your puppy and he’s adorable! Wish I had one… hehe! Have a great week! 🙂

  9. Puppy cuteness! So adorable! I imagine the getting up in the middle of the night is exhausting. I”m sure it will be a relief when he gets a bit bigger but I’m sure the puppy cuteness makes it better! Sitting in on the exam sounds interesting – especially talking over performance with the teacher. Have a great week!

  10. Gah Freddy is so adorable! I wish I could hug him. I like his colouring and those floppy ears are so cute! I love seeing all those cute pictures of him :). Makes me long to have a pet again, but we can’t afford to right now.

Sounds like you have a busy week ahead of you! Good luck with the substituting and grading! I hope it will be a good week!

  11. Freddy is adorable! Puppies are like human babies, waking you up in the middle of the night lol. Hopefully he’ll pass this phase soon. Sounds like you have a busy week ahead. The oral exams do sound interesting but tiring. I hope you have a good week!

  12. Oh my! You are going to be super busy this week, Lexxie! We’ll have to make a date for chatting next week once I’m back from Portland. 🙂 I hope you enjoy substituting and the exam grading/sitting in on the oral exams. That does seem like it’d be fascinating, actually. 😉 Thanks for sharing the pics of Freddy. He’s just so darn cute! Good thing since he’s interrupting your sleep, huh??
I hope this week will be a bit warmer for you. We had 4 inches of snow overnight! It seems Winter isn’t quite done with us yet. Have a wonderful week, my dear! **BIG HUGS**

  13. Baby pets are fun but they are also exhausting! He’s so wretchedly adorable it must make up for it though (most of the time)Thanks for sharing the cuteness again this week and I hope your hectic week will go smoothly. The last three weeks were crazy for me so I feel your pain 🙂 Cheers my friend ♥

  14. Your little Freddie always makes me smile. I’m sure he does for you too.

Completely understand the hectic week thing. Work has been nuts around here and I have a stack of things to be done but also want to catch up on email. *sighs* Sending hugs!

Gah! I can’t get over how adorable Freddy is! He’s so little – what does he weigh? He even looks smaller than Buffy (she’s technically a medium sized dog I think, 17 pounds).

I hope you had a good week with school – it’s always hard to go back after a break, and with a new dog it’s even harder. You don’t want to leave him AND yeah, they’re so like babies. Buffy kept me up a lot when she’s was little.

Hugs!! Hope you’re having a great weekend!
