Weekend Wrap-up is where I share my new books, as well as what happened here at (un)Conventional Bookviews and elsewhere in the blogoshpere. I’m linking up with the usual suspects, AKA Team Tynga’s Reviews and Caffeinated Reviewer.

The Sunday Post # – Weekend Wrap-up 154

Kim @ The Caffeinated Reviewer, is our hostess with the mostest for the weekly Sunday Post where I’m wrapping things up. It is the perfect opportunity to share what happened here on my own blog, as well as some of the happenings elsewhere in the Blogosphere.

This week felt very long… even if it was the same length as all other weeks *grins*.  My husband finally came back home from Canada on Friday, and everybody is happy to have him back home. I have tests to finalise as three of my classes are scheduled to have their first tests on Monday.

I’ve been so busy I haven’t taken any new photos of Freddy… Sorry!

  1. Aw Freddy, whatcha up to? 🙂 Seriously though, have a great weekend Lexxie and hope the weather is nice your way! It was kind of a long week here too…

  2. Seems like it’s been a busy week for everyone lately! My week was actually pretty moderate though it was last week that was total and utter chaos. So it was nice returning to some normalcy!

Nice new reads! Mostly new to me ones but I hope you enjoy each and every one of them!

My STS will be up tomorrow, so stop by then if you can!

    Have a GREAT day!

    Old Follower 🙂

  3. Glad your husband made it home okay. This past week felt long to me as well. But, I know it was because we had a crazy week at school (homecoming). Hopefully you have less to do this week and more time to read and take pics!
How much longer till the new puppy comes home?

  4. I’m planning to read Five. Looks SO good. Thanks for recommending the author to me. ?❤️❤️❤️❤️
Oh wow, reading 5 books a week is awesome! I would never manage to do that. I’m a slow reader. Anyway, same here, this week felt so long. It was one of the longest weeks for me. Glad to hear your husband made it home okay. Enjoy this weekend and have a wonderful week. ?

  5. My students have just finished the first unit (Grammar). I think it went pretty well. I understand the busy, busy life – I have been so inundated with school tasks that I haven’t read in three weeks. 🙁 Glad your husband is back home! It’s hard to be apart.

  6. I am glad your husband made it home! It sounds like a busy week, even if a long one. The Karen Chance book sounds good. As well as your two ARC’s. I hope you enjoy all your new books, Lexxie! I wish you luck this next week with the testing!

  7. I still haven’t read a book by Christina Lauren but I’ve been so tempted, between Roomies and Love & Other Words. Should I??? I leave that up to you, I’m giving you the power *evil cackle*.

I bet y’all are happy to have hubs home! I didn’t even like my brother stuck in Grenada (he was only stuck b/c he couldn’t fly through Miami) and I was so relieved once he got home. You just want your loved ones close, right?!?! At least with the US and Canada, you have us 🙂

Can’t wait to hear all about your weekend!!! Have a great week!!

  8. So much happens as fall approaches and it seems like everyone is busy.I’m liking some of your new reads. Five is supposed to be good. Huss is a wonderful author and I need to review some of her books I’ve read. Glad to heat that hubby is back home. I’ll be watching for ore of Freddy soon:)
